A staging instance is a complete Odoo environment, separate from production, used to test modules, workflows or updates before deploying them for real. The Sandbox plan gives you two of these instances, free for a first project lifetime of 90 days.
The Cloud plan is billed per paying user per month, just like Odoo itself: a paying user is someone who accesses the back end to create, view or edit records. External contacts (customers, vendors) who only access the portal are not counted. The number of instances stays unlimited no matter how many users you have.
You receive the full source code of the platform, with no user limit and no mandatory renewal. You can host it yourself or have us handle hosting separately. This offer is designed for integrators, resellers, or companies wanting full independence from our infrastructure.
Yes, at any time from your Ozania.io control center. Your two staging instances stay available; you simply add a production instance and paying users.
